No News!!

Still no baby news, Midwife coming tomorrow for a 'chat' not sure what she is going to suggest, have to wait and see!

No scrapping this weekend, i have really been to lazy to move ! Everything hurts so I have just let everyone run around after me !!

Ellie went back to school this morning, we were both happy ! She ran off with her friends and I came home to put my 'tree trunk like' legs up !!!!

I am going to attempt Emily's card challenge today, i still have to do last weeks 'love' theme, but that should not be too difficult !

Another couple of eventfull days here !!

Hubby went to tried to use the ATM machine Friday afternoon, only to be told he had exceeded his limit for the day. Alarm bells ringing he checked the balance, and was horrified to find about £2000 missing. A swift visit to the bank revealed his card had been cloned, as withdrawals of £350 had been made in Malaysia over the last week !!  Police came and took a statement and told him over 140 cases have been reported in the town this week. It appears there is a connection to all cases with a local petrol station, so anyone in Bury St Edmunds beware !!

On a happier note midwife appointment today revealed baby has moved and is now in correct position, although not engaged at all !!

I have been scrapping, here are my latest efforts. The first one is a scraplift form last months Scrapbook Inspirations Magazine, Maria Hortons Layout in the readers gallery. The second is a patchwork I created using free papers that came with the magazine !

                                                                        

Catch Up

Ive not blogged in a while, but I have been busy !! Hubby has also been away so its been a struggle to find time to myself to blog ! He has been away for a job interview, which went well but do not want to jinx anything by saying too much !! Hopefully we will know more in about a week and I will spill the beans then !!

I received a lovely parcel from Oz the other day, from a Catslife Press some lovely rubber stamps I had ordered, great service too, they only took about seven days to get here!! So i have been playing with them lots, I ordered the journalling square stamp, handmade book stamp, 'today i feel ' stamp and a few more !! Well worth a look, and the exchange rate is really good at the moment, something like 1.9 AUS $ to £1!!

I also finally caught up with Emily Falconbridge's 52 Cards Challenge, sorry the pictures are not great, camera is playing up, but here they are:

  What is powerful to me?? It had to be family, and the powerful at times overwhelming love I feel for them ( journalling on back )

A Symbol I Love To Use.... I journalled how I always put kisses after my name when signing notes, have nearly done it on notes to my boss !!

Finally this weeks card, the challenge being, to use ephemera form the week. I used the packaging from my Oz parcel, and journalled using my new stamps of course !!Hope that fits the challenge !!
